Mail Flags not shown

After installing Big Sur 11, mail flags are not shown

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.4

I switched to "regular" and the flags are now visible. Thanks.

why are flags not appearing in the email list? Since upgrading to Big Sur, flags are not appearing in the email inbox list, only on the email once it is open. How do I have them appear in the email list? Thanks!

Regular or column layout?

For column, ctrl-click on headers and add the flag column.
