iPad screen refuses to come on when it's cold

https://youtu.be/oAoliJ2ZCOE Hi, my ipad screen refuses to come on when its cold, all that happens is it flashes for a split second sometimes with fine horizontal lines, if you warm it up by holding your hands on the screen it eventually starts up, once the screen is on its clear and bright as expected, if it goes back into standby and cools off you need to warm it again to open the screen.

This video shows me repeatedly pressing the awake button on the side, it WILL start eventually.

Interestingly you get a slightly different set of lines by open the case for auto wakeup.!!
