App Store Billing Loop

So I updated to 15.2, and also had a replacement debit card sent to me because I lost mine. Everything’s good, added to Apple Pay like normal… everything works fine. Went to go download an app and it asks me to verify my identity to view billing info. So, I do. It then says select payment method, and my new card is set as default… as it always should be. No select button or way to move forward. When I click the card, it brings me to an “edit” screen for the card, where all info is correct. When I click “done”, it briefly says “updating” before knocking me back to the App Store and starting the cycle over again.


no red text saying the card is invalid, no issues using it on my phone for other things. Any idea?


I’ve tried signing out of the App Store, I’ve tried adding the card again to Apple Pay. I’ve rebooted the phone…
