Updating older computer

I have a MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015). And I need to update it to the newest IOS, but it is not showing up in my App Store. Can you take me through the steps to update my computer?

An early 2015 or later can be upgraded to the current version of Monterey. See: How to upgrade to macOS Monterey - Apple Support
