Can’t connect to hotel internet with iPhone 13

Problem connecting to hotel network with iPhone 13. iPads have no problem. Hotel website pop up window never shows up. Help

First, make sure you are following Use captive Wi-Fi networks on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Then, try restarting your iPhone and trying to connect again: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.


If the issue continues, forget the network if it appears in the Wi-Fi settings: How to forget a Wi-Fi network on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support and try to connect again.


Should you still be unable to connect we suggest reaching out to the hotel to find out if the network has any specific system requirements. Don't hesitate to respond back if you need further guidance.
