There is no 13 pro max in the box. UPS truck came to my house for delivery but we were not at home and then next day i went to express ups store near my house for picking up iPhone 13pro max but it came empty box. what should i do next? I have called apple, they said they will investigate and get back to me in 48 hours.
You also need to contact UPS and file a claim - was the box tampered with when you picked it up? They are the ones who "lost" it.
No, I meant did UPS acknowledge the tampered box? They are responsible when they get the box from Apple.You want proof that UPS made a note of the damaged box. Actually, the best would have been to open the box at UPS and have everyone see it was empty and have that in writing.

My guess is Apple knows the serial number of the device they sent you. Not sure what they can do about it, but perhaps they can brick it.
