FaceTime

I can’t seem to make facetime calls off wifi, I’ve tried everything I can think of.

I just started needing wi-fi to make FaceTime calls. Any suggestions on correcting it always made FaceTime calls when outside without needing wi-fi connection, can’t do it anymore. Can this be fixed?
