I can’t configure my iWatch 7. It keep stalling on « Connecting to your account »

I can’t configure my iWatch 7. It keep stalling on « Connecting to your account ». My phone system is up to date, I’ve restarted my phone 4 or 5 times, it doesn’t ask me my password because it has face recognition. Anybody had that problem and how did you solve it?
