Walkie talkie will not send invite.

I am unable to send invites for the walkie talkie app. I have tried everything. Have made a FaceTime call with it to the other and works fine.

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 8

Walkie Talkie Function just stopped working. Doesn’t connect or allow accepting invitation. Deleted contacts and reinstalled. Nothing is working. No problems within FaceTime. Just really need Walkie Talkie to function again.
