Hi,

Sorry to hear you are receiving unrecognized charges.

To further identify and locate the charges, I would recommend confirming how the transactions read on your transaction history.

Apple.com/bill: The charges are associated to your Apple ID or  an Apple ID within the iTS, and went to purchases on content, services, subscriptions, and/or iCloud+.

To identify the charge, view your purchase history within your Settings. If you still do not recognize the charge, or you want a refund for it, you can submit a refund request online at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Also Check everyone in your household's purchase history.

Apple.com/us: The charges are associated to a purchase with the Apple Online Store.

Contact Apple Support for refund requests and further support.

If you are still unable to locate the charges, give apple support a call and they will help further!

Contact Apple Support : https://www.apple.com/contact/

Hope this helps

Two Things...

A. Contact your Financial Institution (Bank):

Ask your bank. They may be blocking it out, seeing it as suspicious activity. Happened to me when first using Apple (and still does if purchased in the middle of the night --my time.

Still Need Help?  If so, refer to the following...

B. For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
