My Face ID didn’t work anymore. How could i fix it?

I believe Apple will evaluate an issue at no charge but the cost of actual repair will depend upon if it is still under warranty (unlikely with an iPhone 11) or you have AppleCare coverage.

I took mine. I was told I had no water damage, hardware issues… nothing else wrong with my phone. They will tell you you have to purchase a new phone or gave it fixed for the same price a new phone would cost. SMH
