Repairing Smashed Rear Glass iPhone 12 Advice

Hi,

I've unfortunately smashed the back of my iPhone 12, and am looking to repair it. Annoyingly it is only just over a year old, so is no longer covered by Apple Warranty :(

Any advice / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
