Hey,
Simple question: Does the Ipad pro shut down ongoing processes, such as lightroom export/mass adjustment apply or copy from memory card to the ipad when swapping apps or even closing the screen down?
The ipad is 11" M1 pro with Ipad os15.

Background processes will continue to run for several minutes after the iPad becomes idle - or the screen locks. Background processing tasks have differing priorities, controlled in part by the App.
For file transfer, a fast storage device (or camera card) with a suitably fast card adapter connection should complete before the iPad automatically assumes a low-power state.
