Why doesn't low battery mode disable 5G on my iPhone 13

On the same network and location when enabling low battery mode on an iPhone 12, 5G automatically disconnects and connects to 4G. While on my iPhone 13, when i enable low battery mode 5G stays.

The settings are the same on both phones:

5G Auto and Data Mode set to Standard
