iPad locked with shortcut list blocking screen
This panel appeared on my iPad and I can’t get rid of it. It moves in front of the screen so I can’t access any other screen or function. Help!

Hi, MadCatLadyUK!
Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities to get help with your iPad. If we understand, the external keyboard shortcut menu appears over the keypad on your Lock screen, so you're not able to enter your passcode. We're happy to help!
The keyboard shortcut pane can appear when you press and hold the Command key on an external iPad keyboard. To turn it off, try connecting your iPad to its keyboard if it's not already, then press and hold the Command key: Learn iPad keyboard shortcuts - Apple Support.
If that does not remove the shortcut pane, try restarting your iPad. If you can't restart your iPad, try force restarting: Restart iPad - Apple Support.
Best!
