I’ve had my iPhone on the charger all night and it’s not charging but the charge icon is on how can I fix it? I’ve also tried restarting it twice and that doesn’t fix the problem.

Try a different charging cable and a different charger. Also, make sure there's not a build up of lint or dust in the charging port. Use a toothpick or plastic dental flosser to gently pull out any dust or debris. After that if it still won't charge make an appointment with Apple to have the battery tested.

What version of iPhone do you have? How long have you had the phone? If you go to Settings>Battery>Battery Health, what is the reading there?
