iPad 4th generation (2012), Model numbers A1458 - software update

Hello There,

Is there way to upgrade my old iPad A1458 with the latest software. kindly help in this regard. As I am unable to install any common apps in it as all the app have upgraded their minimum requirement of IOS to 12 and later versions.

I currently have only iOS version 10.3.3

Please help me guide in updating my iPAD
