While not using my phone for 6 hours, every day my battery drains by about 50% from “Home Accessories.” I don’t even have the Home app installed, so there’s no reason for the battery drainage. I have a 1.5 year old iPhone SE (2020) with 81% battery health. This only happened since iOS 15 and has caused my phone to die many times during the day. Please help!

Reviewing article, iPhone Battery and Performance, it states that once your battery is down around 80%, it may need to be replaced, so you might want to consider this option. iPhone Repair and Service
In the meantime, try quitting any apps that you have open and could be contributing to the drain of your battery. You may also want to review the article on how maximize your iPhone battery.
