What is “On My iPhone” and the continuous circling in iPhone storage summary list?
In iPhone Storage summary underneath the last app there is a line that reads, “On My iPhone” what is this and why is it constantly “searching”?

It is supposed to display a graphic of the storage being used on your iPhone. If that is not appearing, I would try restarting your phone and see if that corrects it. If not, then do a force restart on the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
