You will need to purchase a model for the China, Hong Kong or Macau market.

Online if you’re not in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau will be next to impossible. The dual physical SIM models are only available in those countries.

Everywhere else in the world your only option from Apple online or an online Apple Authorized seller will be a device with a single physical SIM slot, and a programmable eSIM.

The eSIM functions just the same as a physical SIM. My AT&T iPhone 13 Pro shipped from apple with my AT&T account already setup on the eSIM and it is a full 5G compatible setup (I.e. can use all the new secure cellular connection features of 5G when connected to a 5G network).
