My AirPods model A1523 disconnect

Followed instructions to reset the AirPods still disconnected after a minute music play

We see you've come from a helpful article about resetting your AirPods. Does this issue occur on multiple devices you use your AirPods with? Testing them with another device can help isolate the issue. Are you using the latest version of iOS 15.2?


Does this issue occur in all locations or specific locations? If it occurs in only certain locations, we recommend checking for wireless interference. This article explains more about this:
