apple wallet restricted
how do i verify my identity when someone sends me money and i have to accept it and i cant see the verify account option

If you Apple Cash Card has been restricted you will need to Contact apple Support and speak with the Apple Cash Department.

First I would complete the troubleshooting below:
- Open Settings > Name ( Confirm that your first and last name is what shows on your DL or State ID)
- Tap on Name, Phone Numbers, or Email ---- Confirm that your date of birth is showing correct
- If you are under the age of 18 you will need to get the account closed and join Apple Cash family
- Open Wallet app and tap on Apple Cash card
- Tap on the 3 dots top right
- tap on billing address
- Make sure your billing address and First and last name is correct as it shows on your DL or state id
- do you have any other open Apple Cash accounts under your Social Security Number? If so, Contact Apple Support and they will assist
