Charging
Hi! I have an iPhone that's from US and has 110 volts, but my home outlets are 220 volts. Do still need to buy an adapter or can I just plug in my iphone charger to a 220v outlet?

That would depend on the power adapter that you got with the iPhone. Apple's power adapters can handle both 110 or 220 volts. You may just need an adapter to plug it into your wall if the ends don't match.

Travel Adapter:
If necessary (i.e. prongs don't match), then purchase a worldwide travel adapter. Targus makes plenty of these.
