I bought storage in ICloud but my phone is still full. How can I release space for photos please?
Hello there, Wait, it can take hours and sometimes a whole day depending on your internet connection and amount of pictures/ data that needs to be optimised. Try restarting your phone, a simple power off and on should help. Good luck
Go to settings in icloud and under photos chose optimise iphone storage.
It was under photos in ICloud... optimize space but IPhone storage is still full. I don't know what to do
