Subscription I Did Not Authorize

Question, I have an apple receipt that states On 01/07/18 I subscribed to “Apple Music family membership” …. I have absolutely not subscribed to any sharing subscriptions on any date. What exactly does that mean and how is it possible that I subscribed to this but nowhere on “my apple account” does it show I made this transaction? Very confused…so who am I or who was I sharing with? I am the only person on my account??

Also this appeared in my email today 12/18/21 in muted threads…?? I muted it after I opened it today…there was another email in muted threads from Facebook which I deleted. What is going on? My settings change on a daily basis, the dates are all wrong on my photos and on some of my emails?? Just to list a few of many issues with my phone….

Apple doesn’t refer to you as dear customer

Apple knows it is not 2018

Apple doesn’t offer a yearly membership.


It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

If you provided your Apple ID and password at the bogus site, change your password immediately.
