im trying to locate my phone but i cant remember my passcode. i also dont have access to an apple device.how can i retrieve that?

Go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone using a browser to track the device.

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode.  * 

Find My Phone - If your device is lost or stolen. *

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
