Why does my M1 Mac mini Hold primary clicks for no reason?

No matter what input device I use, my Mac will annoyingly hold a primary click in a lock. This happens when using spreadsheets, pages and other things where I have to drag with a primary click. Very frustrating. Running OSX 12.1, reinstalled OSX with no change. Issue happens at random. Please fix. Have even tried bluetooth input devices with the same result.

This is what may cause this action on any App. :

Open System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard > Hardware > Uncheck "Enable Sticky Keys"

Also look at "Options" under this subject.
