Apple TV 4K Dolby Vision not working properly with Onkyo TX-RZ720

I have an Onkyo TX-RX720 with the latest firmware and when I attempt to enable Dolby Vison on the Apple TV 4K, it fails and sometimes does not even come back to the previous setting. I have tried the suggestion of enabling 4K Enhanced on the receiver by pressing the BD/DVD and On/Standby button but that did not resolve the issue and actually broke my connection with a Fire Stick 4K Max. I have tried plugging the Apple TV in all the HDMI outputs but no luck on any of them. I know it is not a cable issue since I am able to use the same HDMI 4K High Speed cable and plug the Apple TV 4K directly into my Sony Bravia XBR-85X900H and it works perfectly. I also have an Onkyo TX-RX710 but I have yet to test on it. When I do, I will update this post. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
