Transferring To Another Family But Under 13

Hello,

I understand how you transfer an account if 13 and above, but what if you were under 13?

I tried some guidelines on the internet, but I didn’t see any notifications come up on the family organiser’s device that the account is presently on.

Could I please have some help on how to do this?
