On my Childs account when she goes to make a purchase a message appears that says "Your purchase Could not Be Completed" and then below it it says "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." and I have tried everything from signing out of the iTunes account to changing the payment methods on my account.
She has the request to purchase so when she purchases anything I will be notified but no matter what I cannot get past this message. HELP!
