Any Solution for iPhone 13 pro max setting off retail store alarms?
Wife’s new 13 pro max triggered the door alarms at two stores today. It has a non-apple clear case with the charging magnet. Anyone know of a solution?

I used to have issues with the key fob for one of my cars. It always seemed to set off the door alarms, but if I put it in my front pants pocket, it generally wouldn't set it off, since my pants pocket was generally closer to the ground than a jacket pocket. It also has to do with how sensitive they have the door alarms set for.
I suspect that it has something to do with the magnet, but I've not heard of that happening before. I've entered a number of stores with door alarms and never set one off. I suspect that they have the sensitivity it too high. Is the phone in her purse, or coat pocket, or is she holding it in her hand?
We have an Apple case (not clear) that we will try. It is interesting that when she left TSC and used her remote for our Acura, it opened all the windows, moon roof, and readjusted the seats and climate control. Good thing it wasn't raining at the time. Don't know if the case affected the key remote, but it is puzzling.
It was in her purse both times. First store was a TSC store, second one was Meijer. Case brand is Meifigno purchased thru Amazon.
Wow, haven't heard of that happening in a long time. Does it happen without the case? I agree with Chris, it's almost certainly the magnet.

And sometimes, the door sensors just go off for no reason. Used to drive us crazy when I worked in retail.
