iphone 7 earphones
I can't get my wired earphones to work with iphone 7. I have tried all mechanical fixes suggested by Apple. Is there a setting that I must change?

We understand that you are having issues with your wired earphones working with your iPhone 7 and see you've already reviewed: If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. A couple of questions to start with. Are these Apple Ear Buds or a third party headset? Have you testes the earphones with another iPhone or other device? Have you tested other headphones with. your iPhone?
