Security company McAfee contacted me via text

The McAfee device company just contacted me telling me that my PIN number had been compromised and I needed top go their link to fix it in 4 minutes or my iPhone will be compromised. I have AT&T mobile app on my phone. Is this something I should be worried about? How do I add the text

Don’t do it! Don’t respond, and don't give out ANY information. This is a scam from a hacker trying to get your information,Ignore it.
