About Beats Updater - Apple Support

Are you trying to update your Beats? If so, allow us to share some information with you. If you were using your Beats with an iOS device, such as an iPhone, your Beats will automatically update on their own as listed under "Update your Beats wireless headphones or earphones".

You did mention that you had a problem with "Crashing". Do you mean to say that your Beats will not power on at all? If you've already confirmed that you're properly charging your Beats, you can try to reset them: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support
