Getting error message connecting to wacom site.

I just updated my mid 2012 MacBook pro to catalina and when I tried connecting to the wacom site to update the driver, I got this error message:

Don't were to go with this.

Network Error:

It is the network connection giving your this error. So, what to try...

Troubleshoot the Network Connection:

A few thoughts to try:

I. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:

II. Restart your Router:

  1. Power: off the router
  2. Wait: 30 seconds
  3. Power: It back on

III. Reconnect to your Network:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Wi-Fi
  3. Disable: Wi-Fi
  4. Wait: 30 seconds
  5. Enable: Wi-Fi

IV. Add Back the Network:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Wi-Fi
  3. Remove: the network
  4. Wait: 30 seconds
  5. Add: the network back

This only started when I updated to catalina on my laptop. I had no issues with Mojave. My desk top had no problem with Big Sur, nor my iPad. So, I decided to use the .dmg file from my desktop and it worked. It installed and registered my Wacom tablet. NOTE: I uninstalled my Wacom tablet first before I re-installed the updated version. Thanks.
