Do not own computer. Own iPhone and I pad.
Instruction say to hook up to computer. Can I use iPhone instead?

Sorry, but no. See if you can ask a friend or relative to use their computer. Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.
