iPhone locked to owner

Hello, if the email address is yours, simply log in with your Apple ID credentials. If it's not your email, or it doesn't work, contact Apple Support. :)

If it's locked to someone else's ID, there's no point.

Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.

If you do not have the original receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer, it's useless. Recycle it and buy a phone you can use.

That one is most likely stolen.
