Logic Pro X file locked

Logic keeps displaying a message saying that my audio file is locked whenever I try to use the pencil tool. How do I fix this issue?

Pro Logic X missing audio files I continue to get the error message when I open a session: The Audio file “(name).wav” was not found in it’s expected location It lists two files, both of which I have previously deleted from the Project. I have tried “Search” and “Locate” and even looked in the trash, but I can’t find them. I don’t need them, but it is annoying that every time I open the Project, this error message comes up. Is there a way to stop the message since it is not applicable and the files have been removed from the Project?

Logic takes forever to open Why does logic take five minutes just to open a brand new file? It takes even longer to switch from an audio interface or the internal speakers simply to the headphone jack.
