Refunds for subscriptions

I would like a refund on the universal remote app and safe VPN as I haven’t used any of these apps atall and didn’t realise that would charge me weekly or monthly I have cancelled them but now it won’t let me request refund for them and I would like the money back

Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 and select 'Request a refund' from the menu in the page. Note that the refund, if granted, can take up to 30 days to be paid into the payment method used for the purchase - please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904.


If this process doesn't work contact Support: https://getsupport.apple.com. Any refunds are entiorely at Apple's discretion and I don't know what their policy currently is on subscriptions.
