I can’t watch movies that I’ve Purchased it’s asking me to pay for them again?

Verify that the Apple ID account for Apple TV matches the Apple ID account as used for the purchase. It won’t work if there is a mismatch there.


To sign in to the Apple TV app, navigate to the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), and enter your account credentials there.
