Please help with the hacking my apple iClouds for three months :’(

All of my info such as bank accounts, credit cards, and all mobile accounts on my devices have been hacked through several different iCloud accounts. Im wanting to go to a apple store a hour away. ATT&T was not able to help really they just keep creating iCloud accounts and telling me someone that I know is hacking my accounts. Please help with what i can do to protect my information and phone!
