The apps are disabled or the App Store is disabled?


If the apps, have you checked for an update? Quit the app and reopened it? Deleted he app and downloaded the app again?


If the App Store, see the Apple Support article(s) below. 


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.   *
