Is my MAC outdated and no longer usable?

I have had my MAC since 2015. Is it outdated and no longer usable? I cannot access any of the programs anymore.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

What programs can you not access? If you have a newer 64 bit only operating system then 32 bit apps will not work. Upgrade these apps to their 64 bit version. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro that I use without issue. What issues are you having exactly?
