How do you get back to the clock when your Apple Watch series 6 is locked on the Grid View List View screen?

Force restart your Apple Watch by pressing simultaneously on the Digital Crown and the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Turn the Digital Crown a few times to exit the water lock mode.

Thank you, that worked to get me back to the clock face. Unfortunately the only app I can now get to is the “water drop” app. Any suggestions on how to access the other apps? I use the heart app daily.
