Can I transfer my photos from my Ipod Touch to a PC? How?

Are these photos you took with the iPod? If so, connect your iPod to your PC with a USB cable. Open File Explorer on the PC. Under Devices and Drives you should see the Apple iPod. Click on that icon and then on the DCIM folder and then its subfolder to find your photos. Copy or move them to wherever you like on the PC.
