You can’t. In general, no responsible entity saves passwords in their original form as entered. They are stored “encrypted” (actually “hashed” but that’s harder to explain) and are not saved anywhere as text.

I would think that would be a security risk; someone could grab your phone before the screen locks and view your Apple ID password.
