Didn’t work and no computer

Who are you talking to? This isn't Apple support, this is a user support community. It is not possible to restore an iDevice without a computer. If you don't have one, you'll need to find someone who does.

Ask a friend or relative to use their computer. Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.
