Hello ~ You have an iPhone that is activation locked. Are you the original owner? If not we cannot help you and neither will Apple. Only the original owner can remove the activation lock and if you cannot get in touch with them or they will not remove the lock…then the iPhone is useless to you. If you bought it online and can return it fo a refund do that. Recycle it responsibly otherwise. Take a look here:
