Where's ColorSync? + ICC printer profiles

Hello, I am having trouble finding the ColorSync folder within my hidden Library folder. I can find it on my 2015 iMac (running Mojave), but it's not there on my 2020 M1 laptop (running Big Sur). Also, for some reason my ICC profiles are appearing as white unreadable files rather than the usual ICC profile icon (picture attached). I haven't been able to find threads on either of these issues. Looking for a solution so that I can print again. Thanks in advance!

Profiles will be in

/Users/(yourname)/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/

You can quickly get to that folder (which is probably empty unless you added stuff there) using the Finder

In Finder, press Command-Shift-G and paste

~/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

(the tilde character is part of the path; it represents the user home folder)
