Tensorflow metal on anaconda navigator

I just bought the new MacBook Pro with M1 max & installed anaconda navigator.

The problem I'm facing is I am unable to find tensorflow-macos & tensorflow-metal on the packages section of the anaconda distribution, also I tried opening terminal and typing

python -m pip install tensorflow-macos

python -m pip install tensorflow-metal

& manually installing but it would always give me error of no package found

PIease help me. I really need to work with anaconda navigator with GPU acceleration.
